First You Cut Down a Tree... (Part 7)

Here are some pictures to catch you up on some work I did on the top and back of the Shadow Valley Guitar.  These two smaller pictures show glueing the three panel back and routering the seams for inlay.

This last picture is to answer the question often asked, "How do you get the wood to the right thickness?" 

I use this Grizzly drum sander, not a planer.  It enables me to thickness the wood within a few thousandths of an inch of my goal.
